We strive to utilize our skills and expertise to foster and empower all our stakeholders with the aim of upholding and promoting the tenets of Broad based Black Economic Empowerment. We seek to maximize the potential of young unemployed black people and suppliers by providing them with skills training, opportunities and mentoring services in order to equip them for integration into the mainstream economy.
We are a consortium of empowered women with a combined total of more than 50 years’ experience in our various areas of expertise, which we have actively employed in diverse industries across numerous top management decision making levels in the public and private sectors.
Drawn together by the pillars of democracy, equality, reconciliation, diversity, responsibility, respect and freedom, EWE was founded by a diverse group of skilled and resilient black women with a passion for helping to improve and uplift the lives of thousands of South Africans. It is our goal to contribute in shaping our great country to it's fullest future potential.
